Since 2000, Sheepish has been a trusted destination for natural healing, spiritual wellness, and unique gifts in Racine, Wisconsin. More than just a shop, Sheepish has always been a place where people can explore their spiritual path, find meaningful connections, and discover products that support their personal wellness journey. From crystals, incense, tarot cards, and candles to essential oils, bulk teas, herbs, jewelry, local art, clothing, and more, every item is thoughtfully selected to inspire healing, balance, and self-discovery.

The spirit of Sheepish has always been rooted in the role of the shepherd: guiding, nurturing, and supporting others. That vision was established by the store's original owner, Anne, who wanted to ensure the legacy of Sheepish would continue serving the community she loved. When the opportunity arose to carry that vision forward, owner Melissa Kirkeby knew it was the perfect next chapter.

With more than 35 years of experience in natural healing arts and herbalism, Melissa brought a wealth of knowledge and passion to the business. Having spent eight years working at Sheepish before becoming its owner, she had already developed deep relationships with the customers and community that make the shop so special. Taking the reins felt less like a career move and more like a calling.

At Sheepish, community has always come first. Melissa believes that healing begins with connection, and that philosophy shapes every aspect of the business. Visitors aren't treated like customers; they're welcomed as family and friends. Whether someone stops in for a spiritual reading, wellness guidance, a thoughtful gift, or simply a warm conversation, they're met with genuine care, acceptance, and support.

Today, Sheepish proudly serves Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, and surrounding communities, continuing its mission of providing a welcoming space where people can learn, heal, grow, and connect.
